Manufacturing process:
Expanded perlites are acidic volcano glassy lava, by smashing and sieving to a certain size, and then by preheating and sintering at 1300℃, turning into white or light colored particles, mixed with the inorganic glue, by press molding and drying, they are made into multi-application boards.
The prefab exterior sandwich boards(perlite board+EPS board+perlite board) are embedded with wire grid and form a three-dimension structure,They will combine and form a whole after plastering with cements on both sides.

Fire proof: The perlite boards are non-combustible and fire proof level A, they isolate the EPS boards with exterior environment, theoretically this eradicates the fire posibility.
Thermal and sound insulation: The perlite boards themselves have excellent insulation effect,plus EPS board, the thermal and sound insulation effects become better.
Antiseismic:After plastering with cement both sides, they form a whole and won't collapse in the case of earthquake or fierce impact. Inversely the conventional materials such as bricks or building blocks can't offer this credential.
Lightweight: Their density is much lower than bricks,reducing the building loading,then reduce the construction cost.
Water proof: The perlite boards and EPS both are water proof, plus the cement cover, the water proof effect becomes better.
Labor saving: The installation efficiency is much higher than normal way.
